Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer grünen Wohngegend auf halber Höhe zwischen dem Badeort Santa Maria di Castellabate und dem Bergdorf Castellabate. Die strategisch günstige Lage ermöglicht es, sowohl den Norden des Cilento zu erkunden als auch einen Tagesausflug per Boot nach Capri zu unternehmen.

Um einfach die Seele baumeln zu lassen stehen die Meerblick-Terrasse und der gepflegte Garten zur Verfügung. Das Meer wird Ihr ständiger Begleiter sein, denn selbst vom Schlafzimmer und der Wohnküche aus eröffnet sich Ihnen ein fantastischer Ausblick.

Die schmucke Ferienwohnung, zu der eine eigene Zufahrt führt, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Wohnhauses der Eigentümer. Eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit Sofa erwartet Sie. Des Weiteren finden Sie ein großzügiges Meerblick-Doppelschlafzimmer sowie ein gepflegtes Bad vor.
Auf der überdachten Terrasse steht Gartenmobiliar, für ein ausgiebiges Sonnenbad im Garten stehen Liegestühle bereit. Die Außendusche mit Warmwasser kommt z.B. nach dem Strandbesuch gelegen.
Ihr Auto können Sie auf dem umzäunten Grundstück parken.

Villa Giraluna liegt zwischen Santa Maria di Castellabate (2 km) mit Sandstrand, Geschäften und Restaurants und dem mittelalterlichen Bergdorf Castellabate (3 km) mit seinen verwinkelten Gassen. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in 1 km Entfernung.
Der feine, flach abfallende Sandstrand (2 km) von Santa Maria wird alle begeistern, die gerne im Meer baden, um sich danach im Sand von der Sonne trocknen zu lassen.

UNSERE TIPPS: Fahren Sie die panoramareiche Küstenstraße des Cilento entlang und halten Sie zwischendurch in den malerischen Küstenorten, um bei einem Cappuccino das noch typisch süditalienische Dorfleben kennenzulernen.
Unweit der Ferienwohnung befindet sich auch die Büffelfarm "Tenuta Vannullo", auf der Sie in den Genuss des echten Mozzarella aus Büffelmilch in Bio-Qualität kommen.

The holiday apartment is very conveniently located, in a green residential area halfway between seaside resort Santa Maria di Castellabate and the mountain village of Castellabate. You can easily explore the northern part of the Cilento and even include a day trip by boat to Capri in your holiday program.

When vacationing at Villa Giraluna, the view of the sea is a steady companion. Whether you are on the sea view terrace or in the well-tended garden, simply unwinding, or inside the apartment, more precisely the bedroom or the kitchen-dining-living room, you have got that fantastic view.

COMFORTABLE HOLIDAY APARTMENT WITH TERRACE AND GARDEN
The lovely holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the owners' home, but accessed via a separate drive.
It has got a cozy kitchen-dining-living room (incl. 4-burner gas stove, mini oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a spacious sea view double bedroom and a well-tended bathroom (shower/WC/bidet).
On the roofed terrace, you find garden furniture at your disposal, in the garden, sun loungers to relax and take a 'bath in the sun’ on. The outdoor shower (cold/warm water) is very convenient, e.g. after returning from a day at the beach.
Furnishing of Villa Giraluna also also includes: SAT-TV, washing machine, WiFi, central heating (extra charge for use). Parking is available on the fenced premises.

SURROUNDINGS & TIPS
Villa Giraluna is located between Santa Maria di Castellabate (2 km) with its sandy beach, stores and restaurants and the medieval mountain village of Castellabate (3 km) with its winding alleys. A supermarket is ca. 1 km from the holiday apartment.
The fine, gently sloping sandy beach (2 km) of Santa Maria is sure to thrill those who love to swim in the sea, then relax on the beach and let the sun dry them off.

OUR TIPS: Drive along the Cilento's scenic coastal road and, in between, stop at the picturesque coastal towns and villages to take a look around, enjoy a cup of cappuccino and experience typical southern Italian village/small town life.
Not far from Villa Giraluna lies buffalo farm "Tenuta Vannullo", where you can give yourself a real treat – genuine and organic quality buffalo milk mozzarella.
