Located just minutes from the village of Cordon, this beautiful apartment is situated on the upper floor of an authentic farmhouse renovated in 2011. With approximately 120 m² of living space, it comprises an entrance hall with a separate vestibule,
a large open-plan living area with a dining room, living room, lounge, and fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, a lovely sheltered east-south facing terrace with stunning views of the Mont Blanc mountain range and the village, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a dressing room, a bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm), and an office with a futon sofa bed (130 cm), suitable only as an extra bed for a child.

Available for seasonal rental (2 to 4 months) during the winter. Additional features: 2 outdoor parking spaces. To be completed before your arrival: • Security deposit: A secure Swikly link will be sent to you before your arrival.
