OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and Dryer. Parma station is about 10 minutes away by taking bus n. 1 to the Strada Bixio Strada Costituente stop. Parma Airport is about 25 minutes away by taking bus n. 6 to the Strada Bixio Strada Costituente stop. Parking space for exclusive use of guests: outdoor parking (NOT covered) suitable for a single large car/SUV. You can also park for a fee at the Kennedy car park, a 10-minute walk away.
Paid area from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 19:00. Check in can be done from 3 p.m. onwards, either in person or in self check-in mode. The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival. If late check in, after 9:00 p.m., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule: - From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00 - From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00 - From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00 In order to arrange your check in in the best possible way, please inform our Key Holder of your arrival time in advance. Le logement est bien situé pour aller à pieds en centre ville. Le quartier est calme le soir. La présence de la climatisation est un indispensable appréciable en été.
Le linge de lit et les serviettes de toilette sont propres et suffisant.
Les photos du logement datent un peu car il s’est dégradé entre temps et n’est pas très bien entretenu… le canapé lit du salon est affreux pour y dormir. Le matelas d’une chambre seule est très inconfortable avec des ressorts qui se sentent beaucoup. Il y a du matériel de cuisine cassé, cafetière et...

il gestore nn ha reso disponibile il telo per bidet,nella parte superiore dove sono le camere mancano le luci sono presenti dei piccoli faretti da posizionare manualmente,il bagno al piano terra e' stretto il bidet e' difficoltoso da fare il divano letto nella zona soggiorno e' basso ed e' piuttosto...

le manque d'information pour les poubelles, de localisation des bacs extérieurs
