Casa Guayre is the ideal holiday home if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

The villa is located in Puerto Calero less than 10 minutes walk from the centre with restaurants, cafes, exclusive shops and a small supermarket.

The nearest beach is also within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

The villa enjoys a lot of privacy to enjoy the days with family or friends.

The outdoor area has a private swimming pool surrounded by a relax area with sun loungers, Balinese bed and outdoor shower. It also has a barbecue area, ping-pong table and dining table. It also has an outside toilet and laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house opens on one floor, there are no stairs and is therefore ideal for people with reduced mobility.

It has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning, TV with international channels and private en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. From the bedroom there is direct access to the terrace and pool area.

The other two bedrooms have 2 beds of 90 cm that can be joined to a double bed as needed - both rooms are very spacious and both have TV.

Near both bedrooms there is another bathroom with shower, bath and double sink.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster and kitchen utensils. Next to the kitchen area there is a dining room with a large table and a large living room with air conditioning and a smart TV with international channels.

The whole house has wifi connection with fibre, including the bedrooms and the outdoor area.

A set of sheets and towels per person and pool towels are provided. Change of sheets and towels is offered for stays of more than 7 nights.
