Beautiful, bright 2-room apartment in an exclusive beachfront location in 'Schloss am Meer' spread over 2 levels with a south-west-facing balcony offering sea views.
Kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator.
In addition to a regular coffee machine, a Nespresso machine is available for your use.
Bathroom with shower/toilet, living room with a cozy dining area, comfort sofa, and flat-screen TV.
Bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.
We have recently redecorated: new kitchen, large comfort sofa, wardrobes, dressers, TV stand, curtains, etc., with new flooring and doors.
Additionally, we have installed a second 32'' flat-screen TV in the bedroom.
We have also replaced the 2-burner stove with a ceramic hob featuring 4 cooking plates.
Enjoy the fantastic view of the North Sea and the sunsets from our balcony.
The calming sound of the sea is pure relaxation.
A private parking space is available.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the shared basement with coin operation.

Kleine, sehr feine und hübsch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen. Kleiner Balkon mit Meerblick! Traumhaft.
Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Nespresso Kapselmaschine. Kleine Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Alles in allem sehr schön.
