Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Sowohl Dorf, Bad und Ording innerhalb von ca. 5 Fahrradminuten zu erreichen.
Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist praktisch und es gibt sehr viel Stauraum in den Schränken.
Die Wohnzimmercouch darf mal ausgetauscht werden. Ein Stubenbesen fehlt leider. Leider hat der Fernseher keine Internetanbindung.
