Geen geld terug gehad! holidu neemt niet zijn verantwoordelijkheid.
en schuift het af op de host. (likeyourbed) Welk bed!!!????
konden niet in het apartement en kregen pas uren later bericht terug (er was niemand aanwezig)
wij moesten aan het eind van de dag een ander onderkomen zoeken.
zeer waardeloze ervaring.
