It has a lovely 42 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 1,185 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - A 42 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: King-size bed (180×200) - Bedrooms 2 and 3: One queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: Two single beds (90x200) - A study with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC - A veranda with a games room For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and a baby kit (cot, mattress, high chair, shower bouncer and potty). Outside: - A private heated swimming pool (27°), 4mx8m, open from late April to early November, with a pool house and outdoor shower. - A beautiful garden of approximately 1,185 m² with 30 varieties of plants and trees - A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A bar with wicker stools - Petanque court, table tennis and table football for children - Garage with washing machine and American fridge The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-d'Illac, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. What to do: - Bassin d'Arcachon - Visit Bordeaux - Wine châteaux - Cap-Ferret - Cabanes Tchanquées - Ocean (Lacanau, Le Porge, etc...) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (4 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Pessac station 20 minutes away; Bordeaux station 25 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Mérignac airport, 15 minutes by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets accepted on request, for an extra charge of 25 per stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Pas de soucis pour trouver l’emplacement. La maison était propre, les lits faits, le linge de toilette et de maison suffisants. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très accueillants et bien exposés.
