A charming village house with homely decoration and beautiful views of the mountains. It is located in the centre of the pretty village of Campanet, in a very charming area.



The house, with lots of light, has a spacious entrance and a nice living room with a comfortable sofa, television and ceiling fan. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the terrace, and the other with a double bed, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen, independent and induction, has been recently refurbished, and is fully equipped, with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, wood cooker and two coffee machines, one filter and the other Nespresso. And right next to it is a large wooden table and chairs.



At the back of the house, there is a nice little garden with a jacuzzi, two sun loungers and a parasol, and a covered terrace area with table and chairs, to enjoy summer lunches and dinners.



Important information: The jacuzzi is available for use free of charge from 15 April to 15 October. Between 16 October and 14 April use of the jacuzzi is on request and carries an additional charge of 10 € per day. According to the thermostat the water can be heated up to 40 degrees, although the temperature will always be a few degrees lower. To keep the jacuzzi warm it has to be covered with a thermal cloth when not in use.

A bathrobe and slippers will be provided per person.

There is also a laundry room. Upstairs, via stairs from the garden, there is a fabulous terrace which can also be accessed from the double bedroom, with a small chill-out area and barbecue, as well as a yoga mat, pilates ring and rowing machine.



Among other amenities, the villa has internet access (WiFi), heat pump heating, air conditioning and outdoor parking at a distance of 90m.
