It includes a terrace with views, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a communal pool. The house, renovated in 2023 with a modern style, is distributed as follows: Upon entering the property, you will find the living room-kitchen.
On one side, there is a bathroom with a shower and the 2 bedrooms.
On the other side of the accommodation, you will find the living room and the terrace, which is equipped with outdoor seating and a dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
All rooms have free high-speed WiFi, and the living room has air conditioning.
The house can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors throughout the year, offering all the comfort you could expect.
Furthermore, the communal area with a pool features a wonderful garden area and sun loungers. A cot and high chair are available.

Der Bungalow ist gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir fanden alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten, von Küchengeräten bis hin zu den gemütlichen Betten. Er liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, was unsere Morgenstunden friedlich gestaltete. Außerdem war die Nähe zum Lebensmittelgeschäft ein echter Segen!

Bungalow är välutrustad och bekväm, Vi hittade allt vi behövde för vår vistelse, från köksapparater till de mysiga sängarna, Det ligger i ett lugnt område, vilket gjorde våra morgnar fridfulla, Dessutom var det så nära till mataffären en livräddare!

Ein sehr sauberer und gepflegter Bungalow. Wir haben die liebevollen Details, wie den Smart-TV mit internationalen Kanälen, sehr geschätzt. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch nah genug, um das geschäftige Treiben von Maspalomas zu genießen.
