This modern flat in Playa del Inglés, refurbished in 2023, is ideal for you!
Situated in one of the best areas of Playa del Inglés, just a few steps from the Yumbo Shopping Centre, restaurants and the beach. It is located in a very quiet holiday complex, has quality materials and finishes and an unbeatable distribution. It has a terrace with views, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a communal swimming pool.
The house renovated in 2023, with a modern style, is distributed as follows:
- Upon entering the house, we find the living room-kitchen. On one side there is a bathroom with shower and the 2 bedrooms. On the other side of the accommodation, we have the living room and the terrace, which has an outdoor chair and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
In all rooms there is free high speed wifi and air conditioning in the living room.
The house can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors all year round, as it offers all the comfort you would expect. In addition the communal area with swimming pool, has a wonderful garden area and sun loungers.
Cot and highchair are available. Please let us know when booking. The cot and highchair will be provided on request only.
At the entrance of the complex there is a free private car park, always available for our guests.
This flat rental is located within a residential area, therefore, any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.

Der Bungalow ist gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir fanden alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten, von Küchengeräten bis hin zu den gemütlichen Betten. Er liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, was unsere Morgenstunden friedlich gestaltete. Außerdem war die Nähe zum Lebensmittelgeschäft ein echter Segen!

Bungalow är välutrustad och bekväm, Vi hittade allt vi behövde för vår vistelse, från köksapparater till de mysiga sängarna, Det ligger i ett lugnt område, vilket gjorde våra morgnar fridfulla, Dessutom var det så nära till mataffären en livräddare!

Die Lage ist ideal, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir hatten viel Spaß bei unseren Besuchen nahegelegener Attraktionen wie dem Palmitos Park und dem Aqualand. Der Bungalow selbst war komfortabel, obwohl wir uns ein paar zusätzliche Küchengeräte gewünscht hätten.
