Enjoy the direct proximity to the beach and the mystical "Gespensterwald" (Ghost Forest) – a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan with its Minster, summer toboggan run, and spa museum offer diverse excursion destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3 km long natural beach of Nienhagen and the picturesque cliff coast are just a few minutes' walk away. The Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the "Blue Flag" for excellent water quality on multiple occasions.

26 qm sind nun mal nur 26 qm. Wenn dann im Wohnraum die Schränke noch 20 cm von der Wand gerückt sind, weil es dahinter offensichtlich feucht ist (so roch es jedenfalls), ist das schon blöd.
