This lovely 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-family house and features a terrace and a beautiful small garden of approx. 100 sqm.

The garden is fenced and therefore ideally suited for small families with children and families with dogs.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

A travel cot and high chair are available.

In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower and a washing machine for small loads of laundry. The bright and friendly living room includes a sofa that can also be used as a bed for 1 person, a TV, and an open-plan kitchen.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all daily necessities, and a dining table with 4 chairs is also provided. A parking space is located directly at the house, and there is a separate lockable shed for bicycles. **A small note for our guests:** Bed linen and towels are **not** included but can be booked for a fee. If you are traveling with a dog, additional fees will apply. **Current information:** Unfortunately, the stairs leading down the steep coast are temporarily closed by the municipality due to safety reasons.

The main staircase remains freely accessible. Enjoy the direct proximity to the beach and the mystical "Gespensterwald" (Ghost Forest) – a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets.

Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan, with its Minster, summer toboggan run, and spa museum, offer diverse excursion destinations in the surrounding area. The 3 km long natural beach of Nienhagen and the picturesque steep coast are just a few minutes' walk away.
