This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-family house and features a terrace and a lovely small garden of approx. 100 sqm. The garden is fenced and therefore ideally suited for families with small children and families with dogs.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
A travel cot and high chair are available.
In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower and a washing machine for small loads of laundry. The bright and friendly living room includes a sofa, which can also be used as a sleeping space for 1 person, a TV, and an open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all daily necessities, and a dining table with 4 chairs is also provided. The parking space is located directly at the house, and there is a separate lockable shed for bicycles. A small note for our guests: Bed linen & towels are not included but can be booked for an additional charge. If a dog is accompanying you, there will be an additional fee. News: Unfortunately, the stairs on the steep coast are temporarily closed by the municipality for safety reasons.
The main staircase remains freely accessible.

Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan with its Minster, summer toboggan run, and spa museum offer diverse excursion destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3 km long natural beach of Nienhagen and the picturesque steep coast are just a few minutes' walk away. The Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the "Blue Flag" for excellent water quality multiple times.

Kleine Hinweise: Für den großen Topf fehlt ein passender Deckel. Und die Wohnzimmerlampe geht nicht an.
