This beautiful, comfortably furnished 2-room apartment is located in a semi-detached bungalow and leaves nothing to be desired.
The house was completely renovated in 2022/2023. The bright living room has a sofa area and a dining table, as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with all modern appliances.
The south-facing terrace invites you to relax.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, and a cozy seating area.
All windows are triple-glazed and fitted with external shutters.
Insect screens are also provided.
The shower room with a window has a walk-in shower.
You can store your bicycles in your own bicycle shed, which includes a charging station for e-bikes.
The landlord accepts no liability! A small note for our guests: Bed linen and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. If a dog is your companion, there will also be a fee for this.

Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan with its Minster, summer toboggan run, and spa museum offer diverse excursion destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3 km long natural beach of Nienhagen and the picturesque steep coast are just a few minutes' walk away. The Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the "Blue Flag" for excellent water quality multiple times.
