The house was completely renovated in 2022/2023. The bright living room has a seating area and a dining table, as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with all modern appliances.

The loggia or the terrace invite you to relax.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a cozy seating area.

All windows are triple-glazed and equipped with external shutters.

Insect screens are also provided.

The shower room with a window has a walk-in shower.

You can store your bicycles in your own bike shed, which includes a charging station for e-bikes.

The landlord is not liable for any damage or loss.
