The 3-room flat is 68 m² in size and is located on the ground floor of a new villa built in seaside style, only 250 m from the sandy beach.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and the second with a single bed, which can be pulled out into a double bed. Both bedrooms have TV. The living room has a TV and radio as well as a CD and DVD player. The kitchen is open-plan and equipped with all modern household appliances, such as dishwasher, cooker with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, grill, etc. A washing machine is available in the shower room. A rice cot and a high chair are waiting for the youngest guests. The terrace and garden area are approx. 100 m². WLAN and the car parking space directly at the house are available free of charge. A small note for our guests: Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be booked for a fee. If you are travelling with a dog, there is also a charge for this.
