The holiday flat is located on the ground floor and is divided into a large living room with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. The rooms are connected without barriers.

Our newly opened and renovated holiday home/apartment is located in the Partenkirchen district and is very well connected to public transport. The local bus stop is only about 100 metres away, so that the mountain railways and hiking areas are very easy to reach. The hiking trails on the Wank are just a few minutes' walk away. A car parking space is available on the property.

A prepayment of 20% may be charged after booking.

The balance is payable in cash on arrival or in advance by bank transfer

Cancellations made up to 28 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations between 28 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50%. Later cancellations will be charged with 90 % of the total price.

Arrival: 16:00 to 19:00 (or by arrangement)

Departure: until 10:00 (or by arrangement)

The keys will be handed over personally on site.

Pets: allowed (extra charge 5€/day)

Cot: free of charge on request

Additional bed: on request for 5€/night

Tourist tax: from 16 years: 3€/night, children between 6-15 years: 1€/night
