The apartment is equipped with the following: Fitted kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster.

The local bus stop is only about 100 meters away, making the cable cars and hiking areas very easily accessible.
The hiking trails around the Wank mountain can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
A parking space is available on the property. A prepayment of 20% may be charged after booking.
The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival or in advance by bank transfer.
Cancellations made up to 28 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations between 28 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50%.
Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Check-in: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (or by arrangement) Check-out: by 10:00 AM (or by arrangement) Key handover is done in person on site.
