Cozy apartment of 80 sqm, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator. We are in the town of Visogliano, a small residential center of the municipality of Duino. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and a large terrace.

The property consists of 4 bedrooms, a living area, a bathroom and a terrace.


The interior space is organized as follows

- LIVING AREA with fridge, dining table and microwave;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, desk and access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM II with single bed, wardrobe and desk;

- BEDROOM III with double bed and coat stand;

- BATHROOM with bathtub, washbasin, bidet and WC;

- TERRAZZO.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is on the first floor.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

In Sistiana (hamlet of Duino-Aurisina), nestled among the rocks of the clear karst cliff of Trieste, lies the tourist resort of Visogliano.

A small and quiet residential center, ideal to spend a holiday in total relaxation and away from the chaos of large cities thanks to its strategic location. The accommodation is a 4-minute walk from Sistiana Visogliano Train Station.

We are 5 minutes drive from Portopiccolo, small tourist village overhanging the sea. The alleys and the streets of Portopiccolo are alive with a great variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The spa is worth of a visit, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view while relaxing.


- From Trieste Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus line E01 to the stop "SAGRADO via Gabriele D'Annunzio (front 11)". From here it is possible to reach the train station of Sagrado (7 minutes walk) and take the train to the stop "Sistiana Visogliano", a 4-minute walk from the property.

Alternatively it is possible to reach the apartment by car/taxi in 23 minutes.


- From Trieste Centrale Station it is possible to take the train to the "Sistiana Visogliano" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.


- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included. However, it is possible to park for free on the street (NOT guaranteed).
