It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), a full bathroom with shower, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, and a living-dining room with access to a terrace overlooking the beautiful communal area and the sea. The apartment has split air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, and a ceiling fan in the double bedroom.
The communal area features a pool surrounded by grass and swings for children.
The apartment includes one parking space within the complex.
It is located on the third floor without elevator.
Reservations are not accepted for groups of young people aged 16–26. Property managed by a professional.
