Cocoonr Agency offers you a real little nest in which to settle down for a weekend for 2, whatever the season, a summer vacation, a few days in winter, because just the view of the Bassin from the balcony when you wake up will make you dream !
You're a little out of time here, with the sea in front of you and the tip of Cap Ferret in the distance...
You want to go down and enjoy Le Moulleau, where everything is right there below you: restaurants, stores, ice-cream parlors, bike rentals, the pier to Cap Ferret opposite, the Banc d'Arguin, Ile aux Oiseaux and Le Ferret.
The icing on the cake is the private exit to the beach !
This little nest has been entirely thought out, decorated and optimized by the owner, who has paid particular attention to the choice of materials, furnishings and comfort...
On the 4th floor with elevator, you'll find yourself in an incredible residence, with not only sunsets within easy reach from the balcony, but also a private exit to the beach through a superb, well-kept park with lawns, benches facing the sea, a boulodrome - in short, a little paradise !
Boules de pétanque are at your disposal, and you'll be happy to find them on arrival.
Please leave the complete set for the next guests, or you'll be asked to pay a deposit to buy more... The entrance hall leads to the storage cupboard and closet, the washing machine, and the shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and vanity unit, towel dryer and WC. Superb living room with sleeping area, excellent 140x190 bedding, workshop glass roof with night blind. Living area with bay window onto balcony overlooking lake, ultra-comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV, desk for telecommuting, fully-equipped open kitchen, induction hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, storage space. Outside : The balcony will punctuate your days from breakfast to dinner, including aperitifs, and will delight you with sunsets to die for. We like : Its location right in the heart of Le Moulleau, its green surroundings thanks to the park where you can stroll before or after swimming ! Its zen and cocooning decor is so pleasant, everything has been thought out so that you can put down your suitcases, breathe and enjoy your stay and this grandiose view ! Your bed will be made on arrival, along with towels and Nespresso capsules to kick-start your stay.
Ditto for the washing machine and dishwasher, several types of tea, sugar, pepper, salt, vinegar, shower gel, bath mat. Ideas for walks : - Le Teich Ornithological Reserve 25km away - Zoo d'Arcachon route de Cazaux, a good day out for relaxation and a change of scenery, Aqualand in Gujan - Typical market in La Teste, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, the covered market, but also many market gardeners outside, organic produce, Pyrenean cheese, preserves, foie gras, shoes, clothes etc., guaranteed atmosphere, a glass of white wine or coffee at the end! - Les Halles d'Arcachon, with its famous indoor and outdoor markets - Dune du Pyla (4km) - Andernos-les-Bains (40 km, 53 min by car) - Bordeaux (66 km, 50 min by car) Transportation : - Arcachon train station 5 km (10 min by car) - Bus line 3 every hour, stops at the bottom of the residence, runs from Arcachon station to Dune du Pyla. - Bordeaux airport (65 km, 52 min by car) It's hard to choose between the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon. Take advantage of all its attractions, and discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district, with its superb fin-de-siècle houses, park and belvedere offering a breathtaking view of the Bay. At midday, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports: the port of La Teste awaits you with its famous oyster shacks, or Gujan, or the market in La Teste or Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request). Then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla.
If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées. In summer, shuttles leave from the Moulleau jetty just down the road (ask about tide times...). Take a trip down the Leyre to the Le Teich ornithological park, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide, or take your kayak on your own. Numerous cycle paths will take you to Arcachon and across to Dune du Pyla. On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, who will be on hand to help you throughout your stay.
