This single-story cottage, complete with a spa, promises wonderful holiday memories.
Reversible air conditioning will be a real bonus in the summer.
And for even more enjoyment: hiking and walks starting right from the cottage, a bistro-style restaurant with live music in Couzon (3 km), the Micro-Folies museum, and the Street Art City in Lurcy-Lévis (21 km). Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen and living room.
The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people for €15 per person per night.
There is a bedroom for two people and a bathroom (walk-in shower with seat/toilet with grab bar) adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The owner makes and sells homemade jams, syrups, and fruit jellies on-site using local products.
A poultry farm is located nearby. Electric heating included. The cottage's advantages: Bed linen provided and beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning and towels included.

Rien tout à été comme on le voulait.
L'endroit avec la piscine super sympa. Tout proche de la ville de Moulin. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié. L'accueil et la gentillesse à notre arrivée par les propriétaires. Leur disponibilité. La maison très propre et très spacieuse. C'était parfait

le cadre , le calme, l'appartement très propre et super bien équipé ainsi que l'excellent accueil que nous avons reçu.
la vente a proximité de produit locaux tel que la confiture , sirop, pâte de fruits .
Tout était parfait.
