In a quiet hamlet, this charming holiday home welcomes you for your stay with family or friends.
On the ground floor, a beautiful living room presided over by a fireplace, a large living room with equipped kitchen giving access to the terrace as well as to the garden with a view of the swimming pool.

On the first floor, a large bedroom with a 180x200 bed divisible into two beds, and two bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed.
A shower room with WC.
Garden of 4000m².
A swimming pool (unheated) open from May to September inclusive (9m x 4.5m, depths from 70 cm to 2m).
House adjoining the owners' house.
Located north of the Ria d'Etel, Landévant is a peaceful town in a landscape of groves and moors.
Here you are close to Auray and the charming port of Saint Goustan, Lorient and the Kerman submarine base or Vannes, city of Art and History, from which you can embark on a cruise or a stopover on the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan.
The long fine sand beaches of Plouhinec and Erdeven are ideal for moments of relaxation under the Breton sun.
In Landévant, the Listoir hike allows you to make a nice loop around the Ria d'Etel, on easy paths with children.
It will allow you to observe birds in different landscapes; reed beds, marshes, woods, pine forests...

Séjour relaxant au calme total, gîte très agréable et bien situé pour aller visiter de part et d' autre, extérieur verdoyant, piscine au top tant pour nager que pour jouer, hôtes disponibles, fort sympathiques et très discrets...Bref, 2 semaines bien reposantes pour toute la famille !

Les propriétaires sont charmants et bienveillants. Ils ont a cœur de bien recevoir et font tout pour vous satisfaire.Le gîte est calme et très confortable La piscine chauffée apporte un réel plus à cette belle demeure. Nous sommes répartis à regret.

Nous
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré une météo mitigée. La piscine répond parfaitement aux attentes et le jardin nous offre un cadre enchanteur. De belles visites à faire à une demi-heure du gîte notamment la Ria d'Etel et l'île de Groix. L'accueil est charmant et généreux.
