- A garage with storage, which can be used as a pantry as well as a cellar to store bikes and ski equipment
- A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A washbasin with storage space.
- Bedroom no.1 with double bed (140x200) with storage and two wardrobes
- Study room with television and convertible sofa (140x200)
- Separate WC with washbasin
- Shower room no.1 with walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail
On the first floor:
- A lounge with a cosy area with several sofas, a coffee table, a hi-fi system
- A dining room table and chairs.
Opposite, a north-west facing terrace with mountain views of the Grande Terche and Roc d'Enfer. There is garden furniture with table, chairs and deckchair
- A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, large sink, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine
