The 1-room flat is located on the 1st floor and is fully furnished and equipped. (Almost) everything is available, including TV, bed linen, towels, pots, pans, cutlery, hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, tumble dryer - everything except a dishwasher. You alone can use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room (HWR). Stable WLAN access is also included in the price. Of course, there is also a smoke alarm system and a fire extinguisher. A car park on the same property can be rented for an additional charge. The minimum rental period is 14 days or 13 nights. A maximum of 182 days can be rented consecutively.

The flat is conveniently located for transport and shopping. Short distances to public transport, by car only 7-8 minutes to the A20 or the city centre, approx. 12 minutes to Warnemünde. The flat can only be rented to a single person. Extra beds are not possible, pets and smoking in the flat are not allowed, but smoking is permitted on the balcony.

If you wish, we can occasionally provide a bicycle for the entire agreed rental period for a small extra charge. An adjustable bicycle helmet and a bicycle lock are of course also available. We also have a secure place in the house where you can leave your own bike.

If you are travelling by bus or train, we will be happy to pick you up from the station and bring you to the flat.
You will have your own letterbox for the duration of your stay and will therefore have your own secure postal address for the entire rental period.

This flat is not suitable for people with restricted mobility. There is no lift and no possibility to park a wheelchair in a theft-proof place.

There is no separate outdoor area for the flat on offer. However, the house is located directly at the local recreation centre "Barnstorfer Wald" and invites you to take long walks. In the middle of this forest area is also the "Rostock ZOO", which is well-known beyond its borders.
The flat on offer also has a furnished balcony.

This accommodation is located on the 1st floor. There is no lift or lift available.
Therefore, it is not suitable for people who are physically restricted or who rely on the support of a
assistance with a rollator or wheelchair.

In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, i.e. at a distance of less than 1000 metres, there is a petrol station (50 m), a LIDL supermarket (350 m), a restaurant (approx. 1 km), a zoo (approx. 800 m), a wooded area for walking (500 m), a chiropractor's practice (50 m) and a tram stop to the centre of the Hanseatic city of Rostock (450 m).
