The 110 m² property consists of a large and bright living room, an open kitchen , 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and parking.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi , a large flat screen TV as well as full air- conditioning.
The property is is only a few minutes drive from the beach and at walking distance from restaurants, cafes and mini-markets. Guest access You will have full access to the house and the flower filled garden. Other things to note Spartia village is located on a hill with amazing views of the sea and of mount Ainos. It boasts a stunning landscape with dense vegetation and tall pine trees, as well as two fantastic beaches, Klimatsia and Thermanti with turquoise crystal-clear water offering a combination of sandy beaches and rocks. Families with children will be delighted by the warm shallow waters and golden sand, where kids can frolic with pleasure.
There is a wide array of other popular beaches within easy reach from Spartia such as Lourdas, Avithos and Makris Gialos to mention a few. Spartia is very close to Pessada port and only a 15 minutes drive from the capital Argostoli and from the international airport. If you’re searching for a peaceful destination off the beaten tourist trail, Spartia is a great option! Please note that for bookings over one week, a towel change is provided for free.

Wij waren met 5 personen. Het ruime huis met airco in de living/keuken en de 2 slaapkamers boven, voelde aangenaam aan. De verschillende terrassen gaven op elk moment van de dag de mogelijkheid om toch buiten in de schaduw te kunnen zitten met hogere temperaturen.

Algemeen geven wij een goede score aan de accommodatie.
De slaapkamer beneden had wel geen airco, enkel een ventilator.
De host was tijdens ons verblijf niet in de buurt waardoor we niet door haar persoonlijk ontvangen werden. We hebben daardoor kleine zaken zoals het gebruik van de oven, poetsger...
