In Plestan, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming renovated house, combining tradition and modernity, with jacuzzi, with a surface area of 175 m² and able to accommodate up to 8 travellers.
It comprises an attractive 70 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 600 m² garden.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 70 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sitting area and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 and 2: Double bed - 35 m² contemporary extension with elliptical trainer and spa for 6 people - Shower room with WC First floor: - Bedroom 3 and 4: Double bed - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A contemporary 35 m² extension with an elliptical trainer and a spa for 6 people, available all year round. - A beautiful partially enclosed garden of around 600 m². - A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A 20 m² terrace with garden furniture The house is ideally located in Plestan, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities: - The house is 20 minutes from the seaside resort of Pleneuf Val André, 20 minutes from Dinan, 45 minutes from Dinard and Saint Malo and 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel. - The house is close to the RN12 Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Lamballe station (9 km) - Nearest airport: Dinard airport (50 km) Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of 15 euros per stay (only 1 pet per stay) - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Hôte très accueillante et disponible. Maison impeccable toute équipée il y a même des jeux de société. Le petit coin jacuzzi a été notre coup de cœur vraiment cozy. N'hésitez pas à réserver c'est une pépite cet endroit !
