Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, we're waiting for you!

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

17 km from Quimper, a Town of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1,500 m of walls. The neighbouring towns, all within a 25km radius, have a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of Brittany's textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th-century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; and Le Guilvinec, France's leading small-scale fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its turquoise lagoon.
At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, battered by westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea.

La Mouette 🙂 Sea view, modern apartment, with lots of light but doesn't get too warm in the heat. Kitchen fully stocked with at least 6 of every type of tablewear and a full sized dishwasher. The housekeeper was very flexible when our train was delayed.
