Upon entry, one is greeted by a spacious and brightly lit living room that seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge area is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a Smart TV, and a side table. From here, one can access the south-facing private terrace, which offers breathtaking views of the golf course and is adorned with a comfortable seating area—ideal for indulging in the unparalleled climate of the Costa del Sol. Additionally, it features a dining table with seating for several guests.
From the living room, one can access both bedrooms. To the right, the first bedroom is equipped with two 90cm x 2m beds, expansive wardrobes, and a bathroom situated in the hallway. The second bedroom offers a 160cm x 2m bed, built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom.
It is worth mentioning that the complex has several communal swimming pools, however, only one of them is currently available due to water limitations due to the current drought. There is also a small children’s playground, perfect for the youngest members of the family.
*The swimming pool is open from 1st June to October.
The apartment’s surroundings within the Guadalmina neighbourhood are truly magnificent, nestled among green areas and golf courses—a haven for those seeking a peaceful holiday immersed in nature. A short distance away lies the Guadalmina shopping centre, offering a diverse range of restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Moreover, the famed Golden Mile is merely a 10-minute drive away, and the heart of Marbella being less than 15 minutes driving distance.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
