L'emplacement, central.
Pas de place de parking, le matériel ménager ( casseroles et poêles usagées, pas de toaster, de bouilloire, machine à café d'un autre temps..). Pas de table et chaises pour profiter de la terrasse et boire un verre face à la mer..
