✨ Sumptuous Belle Époque Villa with Pool, Within Walking Distance of Cannes
📍 **An ideal location**
Located in Le Cannet, just 2 km from the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, La Ribambelle enjoys an ideal location. 🥐 Bakeries, supermarkets and everyday shops are just a 5- to 10-minute walk away.
Central Cannes, Marché Forville, the Palais des Festivals, La Croisette and the beaches are all within easy reach — around 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus. 🏖️ The villa is also perfectly placed for exploring historic Le Cannet, Mougins, Valbonne, Antibes and the charming villages of the French Riviera. 🏡 **A spacious and comfortable villa** La Ribambelle is an elegant 370 m² Belle Époque villa, recently renovated and fully air-conditioned. ❄️ It comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in a peaceful, private setting with no overlooking neighbours.
The villa features 6 bedrooms, including 4 en-suite bedrooms, with a flexible arrangement of 6 to 8 beds (either 6 double beds, or 4 double beds and 4 single beds), as well as 5 bathrooms. 🛏️ It also offers 2 spacious living rooms, a large dining room and 2 fully equipped kitchens: a main kitchen and a summer kitchen conveniently located beside the outdoor terrace. 🍽️ Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas comfortably seat 12 guests. ✨ **The charm of a Belle Époque residence** Renovated while preserving its original character, La Ribambelle combines the timeless charm of a Belle Époque residence with warm, contemporary interiors.
Original parquet floors, decorative mouldings, distinctive furniture and carefully selected colours give each room its own personality while creating a harmonious atmosphere throughout the villa. 🌿 **A secluded garden oasis with pool** Outside, the villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped, private garden with no overlooking neighbours.
A 10-metre private swimming pool 🏊, a large south-facing terrace and a second wooden terrace provide inviting spaces for outdoor dining, swimming and relaxing in the Riviera sunshine. ☀️ A table-tennis table 🏓 and a library 📚 complete the villa’s amenities. 🤝 **A Personal Welcome Throughout Your Stay** Upon arrival, Jason, will personally welcome you to La Ribambelle, hand over the keys and show you around the villa. 🔑 He will remain available throughout your stay to assist with any questions or requests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. 😊.
