Fantastic typical carlofortina house of 110 sqm located on three levels, can accommodate up to 5 people. The accommodation boasts a furnished terrace from where you can enjoy moments of relaxation.

The property is located a few steps from the Lungomare, area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. It is only 8 minutes walk from the port of Carloforte!


The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms and terrace.


The accommodation of 110 sqm is located on three levels (one step to access). Please pay MORE ATTENTION if you are traveling with small children, the internal stairs are steep.


The interior space is composed as follows
GROUND FLOOR

LIVING ROOM with sofa;

KITCHENETTE with induction hob, table with chairs, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;


FOREGROUND

- DOUBLE ROOM with double bed, TV, chest of drawers;

- LIVING AREA with sofa and armchair;

- a small BALCONY;


SECOND FLOOR

- BEDROOM with double sofa bed and one and a half bed (loft), clothes stand;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;

- TERRACE with barbecue, table and chairs, deck chairs, minibar.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning are provided ONLY via split A/ C (one per floor), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

The characteristic village of Carloforte is the only inhabited center of San Pietro, an island of the small archipelago of Sulcis. The beaches near the village of Carloforte are the most famous of the island and very different from each other: some sandy, others covered with pebbles, others rocky. The nearest beach to the center of Carloforte is Il Giunco, another beach near the center is Guidi, a beach of fine sand alternating with dark rocks. For those who love mixed sandy and pebble beaches the recommended beach is Girin Beach.

The island of San Pietro is not very large and you can drive around in a day. So it’s easy to get to each of its beaches from Carloforte. Along the west coast of the island we find Spiaggia La Caletta and Spiaggia della Conca, while along the southern coast to visit the beach of Chinolle, the beach of Lucchese, Spiaggia La Bobba and Spiaggia di Guidi. Other beaches not to be missed around Carloforte are: Punta Nera, Golfo del Becco, Calavinagra and Golfo della Mezzaluna (the latter can only be reached by sea). If you love diving not to be missed: Punta delle oche and Nasca are two caves north of the island ideal for divers.

- Guidi beach: 10 minutes by car or 36 minutes by public transport;

- Conca beach: 15 minutes by car or 48 minutes by public transport;

- Port of Carloforte: 8 minutes on foot;



- TRATTORIA LA LANTERNA (restaurant): 2 minutes on foot;

- Bar Marina: 6 minutes walk;

- CONAD (supermarket): 6 minutes on foot.


- From Cagliari Elmas Airport "Mario Mameli": you can reach the apartment thanks to the CFCA A/R Shuttle transport to be booked by phone, about 20 euros each way. The property is only a 6-minute walk from the port of Carloforte.


- DELCOMAR ferries depart from Portovesme and Calasetta, which take 40 and 30 minutes to reach the island of Carloforte; from Portovesme the departures of the ferries for Carloforte are only diurnal and preview the boarding of the vehicles while from Calasetta the service is both day and night. The port of Carloforte is only 8 minutes walk from the property.


- If you are travelling by car, you can park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) on the street near the property, or you can park on the street for a fee (blue stripes).
