The area is great for reaching the center of Milan, about 10 minutes walk you can reach the metro stops M1 (Red Line) "De Angeli" and "Gambara".

The interior space is organized as follows

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils;

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, A/C split spout, access to the terrace and balcony;

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and vent split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;

- TERRACE with outdoor sofas;

- BALCONY.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi (Soap), central heating, air conditioning via split A/ C (with nozzle in the living room and bedroom), washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
