The holiday home is located on a 3.5 ha park-like property, which it shares with holiday home Villa Fabia and the holiday home of the owner. The rocky bathing area (approx. 250 m on foot) of the private property is accessible via a narrow, partly stepped path that leads through a fragrant, shade-providing pine forest. Leave everyday life behind: Enjoy the wonderfully green surroundings and the dreamlike sea view that the two terraces of Villa Giuliana offer you. COMFORTABLE HOLIDAY HOME WITH WELL-TENDED OUTDOOR AREA The villa is ideal for a shared Southern Italy holiday for friends or families who also value their privacy.

All rooms of Villa Giuliana are on one level, the tasteful furnishings and the fireplace ensure a cozy atmosphere. The holiday home comprises 3 comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a kitchen, and a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa corner, a dining area for 6 people, and access to the sea-view terrace. OUTDOOR AREA – On the covered, furnished terrace, you can, for example, celebrate a typical Southern Italian "cena" (dinner), with delicious meat or fish prepared on the grill.

Enjoy the view of the setting sun, which literally sinks into the sea, leaving only a red glow behind. For those who wish to retreat for a moment and be alone with themselves and nature, we recommend the roof terrace, which offers a dreamlike view of the sea.
