The private property's rocky bathing area (approx. 250 m away on foot) can be reached via a narrow, partly stepped path leading through a fragrant, shady pine forest.

Leave everyday life behind you: enjoy the wonderfully green surroundings and the fantastic sea view from the two terraces of Villa Giuliana.

COMFORTABLE HOLIDAY HOUSE WITH CLEAN OUTSIDE AREA
The villa is ideal for a holiday together in southern Italy for couples or families who value their privacy. All rooms in Villa Giuliana are at ground level, the tasteful furnishings and the fireplace create a cosy atmosphere.
The holiday home comprises 3 comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room with a comfortable sofa area, a dining area for 6 people and access to the sea-view terrace.

OUTDOOR AREA - On the covered, furnished terrace you can celebrate a typical southern Italian "cena" (dinner), for example, with delicious meat or fish cooked on the barbecue. Enjoy the view of the setting sun as it literally sinks into the sea, leaving only a red glow in its wake.
For those who want to retreat for a moment and be alone with themselves and nature, we recommend the roof terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the sea.
Up to three cars can be parked in the car park at the house.

The sea with a bathing area at the rocky bay is just 250 metres away. The nearest beaches are 1.5 km away. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in the district of Fiumicello (3 km) or at the harbour of Maratea (4 km). Maratea itself is 6 km away.

The 32 km long coastline of the Basilicata region has a lot to offer: crystal clear sea, beautiful nature and - the Redentore, the 21 m high statue of Christ. Created by the Florentine sculptor Bruno Innocenzi, the statue is definitely worth a visit.

Also plan a day in Maratea. You can enjoy "La Dolce Vita" with a creamy cappuccino. Don't leave Maratea without buying fresh fruit and vegetables from the market. The friendly market women are happy to welcome every buyer. For those who would like to explore the coast by boat, boat trips are organised from Porto Maratea from May to mid-October.

COMFORTABLE HOLIDAY HOME WITH WELL-TENDED OUTDOOR AREA
Villa Giuliana is a ground-level holiday home with tasteful furnishing and a cozy atmosphere. It is a perfect accommodation for up to 6 persons, also couples and friends, who wish to spend their holidays together in Southern Italy and still have a bit of privacy.
The holiday home has got 3 comfortable double bedrooms with en suite bathroom each (shower/WC/bidet), a kitchen (incl. gas stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven) and a living-dining room with comfortable sofa corner, fireplace and dining furniture for 6. The living-dining room opens onto the sea view terrace.
Furnishing also includes TV, washing machine, central heating (extra charge in case of use) and carbon monoxide detector. A children's bed and highchair can be provided upon request. The parking area at the house is suitable for up to 3 cars.

OUTDOOR AREA - The roofed and furnished terrace is the perfect spot for relaxing, for 'celebrating' a typically southern Italian "cena" (dinner) with the delicious meat or fish you have prepared on the grill, for watching the setting sun as it slowly disappears into the sea and leaves only a fiery glow.
The roof terrace with its marvellous view of the sea might be the right place, if you wish to withdraw for a while, to feel at one with yourself and nature.
