Framed by wonderful bougainvilleas, Villa Fabia is found in charming location on one of Southern Italy’s most beautiful coasts – Maratea.

When vacationing at Villa Fabia, you get to enjoy the private, 3.5 ha park-like premises with private bathing bay, which it shares with Villa Giuliana and the holiday home of the owner, who lives at Potenza. About 200 m along a narrow, partly stepped path take you to the rocky bay, i.e. the private bathing area of the property.

On the way, you pass through the centuries-old, marvelously fragrant pine woods, which offer pleasant shade on warm days.

On brickwork benches along the way, you can rest and take in the Basilicata’s lush nature. LOVELY HOLIDAY HOME Villa Fabia’s interior displays tasteful furnishing and the wood beamed ceilings typical for Maratea. The holiday home includes a living-dining room with fireplace, a kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator), which offers whatever you might need during your holidays, and 2 bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) with en suite bathroom each (shower/WC/bidet; bathtub with shower device/WC/bidet). Villa Fabia also features TV, central heating (extra charge for use) and washing machine; it is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector.

A children’s bed and highchair can be provided upon request. OUTDOOR AREA WITH SEA VIEW Villa Fabia has got a spacious, furnished and partly roofed sea view terrace.

During the summer months, the open pavilion tops off the summertime atmosphere.

A grill for leisurely barbecue evenings and an outdoor shower are also at your disposal. Two cars can be parked on the premises, below the house. DISCOVER AND ENJOY MARATEA The nearest beaches are ca. 1.5 km off and can be reached by car.

Shopping facilities and restaurants are found in the district of Fiumicello (3 km) or at the harbor of Maratea (4 km).

The mountain village of Maratea with its well-known Statue of Christ is ca. 6 km off.
