Framed by wonderful bougainvilleas, Villa Fabia is found in a charming location on one of Southern Italy’s most beautiful coasts – Maratea.
Together with Villa Giuliana and the holiday home of the owner, who lives in Potenza, you can enjoy the benefits of a private 3.5-hectare park with a private bathing bay at Villa Fabia. You can reach the rocky bay, i.e., the bathing spot of the private grounds, via a narrow, partly stepped path after about 200 meters.
Along the way, you will traverse the centuries-old and wonderfully fragrant pine forest, which provides pleasant shade on warm days.
You can rest at any time on brick benches along the path and take in the lush nature of Basilicata. LOVELY HOLIDAY HOME Inside Villa Fabia, you will find tasteful furnishings with the wood-beamed ceilings typical of Maratea.
The living/dining room has a fireplace, and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday. OUTDOOR AREA WITH SEA VIEW The spacious, furnished, and partly covered sea-view terrace invites you to enjoy outdoor living.
During the summer months, the open pavilion completes the summery atmosphere.
A grill is also available for extensive barbecue evenings.
Two cars can park on the private property below the house. DISCOVER AND ENJOY MARATEA The nearest beaches are approximately 1.5 km away and can be reached by car.
You can find shopping facilities and restaurants in the Fiumicello district (3 km) or at the port of Maratea (4 km).
The mountain village of Maratea with its Christ statue is about 6 km away. Bed linen & towels included. Deposit: €100 - to be paid on site upon arrival. Visitor's tax payable locally: €1.-/person/day; from 01.06.-30.09., for max. 5 days and for persons aged 18 and over. (Subject to change) Heating: Charged according to consumption on site. Minimum stay: 4 nights - Please note the surcharge for bookings of 4 nights or less. Note: Due to the location, we recommend a car during your stay at Villa Fabia. On request: children's bed and highchair.

Wir sind schon seit 2020 jedes Jahr in Maratea in der Villa Fabia.
Es ist immer sehr schön und erholsam.
Im laufe der Jahre könnten einmal die Fliegengitter erneuert werden ,da sie nicht mehr so dicht sind und einige Handtücher ausgetauscht werden.
dies sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Der Verwalter Igor ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Zu dieser Jahreszeit war es im Haus leider noch relativ feucht und etwas muffelig. Die Küchenausstattung wie Töpfe und Pfannen sollten teilweise dringend ausgetauscht oder entsorgt werden. Außerdem könnte die ein oder andere Schublade von Unnützem befreit werden.
