• Bathroom linens are not provided, but are available on-site for €10/change/person.
• Breakfast: €12/person/day
• Free Wi-Fi is available in the common area, and Wi-Fi in the apartment is available for €16/week/connection (€27 for 3 connections)
• The property features both an indoor and outdoor heated pool, a sauna, and is located close to delicious restaurants.
• Baby kits (cot, high table, tub, sleeping mat) are available, subject to availability.
• A small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3, charged per person, and a €450 damage deposit will be collected upon arrival.
• Pets allowed (max 1 pet/accommodation): €50/pet/week. Excludes first and second-category dogs. Notify us when booking if bringing a pet.
• Underground parking:10€/day for short stay ( 1 to 6 nights) and 60 euros for weekly stays.
• Guests are requested to clean their units before their departure, or an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) will be provided for €100.
