The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a variety of dishes and small appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Tea towels are provided for your comfort.

Outside, there is a vast garden spanning approximately 600 m2, adding to the charm of the property. The 3,7 m x 7,7 m pool is heated year-round and uses salted water instead of chlorine, providing a more enjoyable swimming experience. Sunbeds are thoughtfully placed around the pool for relaxation.
