Great location just around the corner from the Nestor & Jeeves office. Restaurants, boulangerie and a Utile supermarket close by. Tram stop a 10 minute walk and Nice main train station a 15 min walk away. Close to the waterfront too.

Tout est bien dans ce logement mais je Je pense que nous avons surtout apprécié l’emplacement- près de la mer, les restaurants, les magasins etc. Et aussi le soutien très efficace et la gentillesse du personnel de la conciergerie quand nous en avions besoin. Merci !
De temps en temps on entend un peu de bruit chez les voisins mais c’est une copropriété et donc assez normal- on n’y peut rien je crois!
