Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 2 km, bus stop 700 m, railway station, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km, tennis 2.2 km, riding stable 2 km, walking paths from the house 200 m, mountain railway 3.3 km, cross country ski track 2.5 km, ice rink 2.2 km, children's playground 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia St. Moritz 2.1 km, Corvatsch Surlej 8.5 km.
