7 km from Perpignan and 15 minutes from the beaches, on the outskirts of the village of Saleilles, this beautiful, very spacious architect-designed house has been built in an allotment.
Toutuncinemer, a guest house, inspires calm, tranquillity and serenity.
You can relax in the enclosed garden planted with trees and flowers, by the pool (12.5 x 6.5 x 1.80 m), which is alarmed and open from 10am to 8pm from 1 June to 15 October, in the shade of the trees, or, in fine weather, enjoy a hearty breakfast on the terrace or in the dining room.
With its own entrance, each of the two air-conditioned guest rooms is on the same level, tastefully personalised on the theme of the cinema, where nods to Pedro Almodovar or Clint Eastwood await you!
