Directly opposite is the harbour café, where you can also sit directly on the water and look out over the harbour basin and the Ems.

Relax in the holiday home's own wellness area: Finnish sauna and great large whirlpool for 2 people! Then enjoy a massage in the relaxing armchair and look into the flickering electric fireplace or watch TV ... An interesting book library is also waiting for you here.

Internet TVs are available in the living room, the relaxation room and both bedrooms.

The two-storey house has the following rooms:
On the ground floor:

In the outdoor area you can take a seat in the sun as well as in the shade. Table and chairs are provided for the terrace. The garden is fully fenced. There is also a lawn next to the terrace.

You can park your car free of charge right next to the house.

The Marinapark harbour café is located opposite the holiday home with wonderful seating right on the water. Various dishes as well as coffee and cake are offered here. From October to Easter, the harbour café is usually closed for the winter.

There are a number of pretty holiday homes around the harbour. You can enjoy excellent walks and cycling here and along the Ems. The Ems cycle path leads directly past the house ...

The next two supermarkets are approx. 2 + 3 km away, each with a bakery, in the village of Walchum. The next larger towns with large supermarkets about 10 km away are Dörpen, Haren and Lathen.

There are MANY excursion possibilities in the area: Papenburg (small Venice of the North), mundane Leer, just to the coast (only about 110 km) mega shipyard Papenburg, various amusement parks and several swimming lakes. Holland is less than 10 km away. And for cyclists this is an El-Dorado!

The beds are made up on arrival and there is a large and a small towel available for each booked guest. Two tea towels are also included in the linen package. Every holiday booking is always obligatory with a linen package.

Group meetings and party events are not permitted here!

It is possible to add up to 2 dogs to this holiday home. It is possible to include them in the booking process, otherwise this must be paid for later.

General electricity consumption is included in the rental price. However, if you drive an electric car and would like to charge it at the holiday property, this is not permitted in principle. However, a separate agreement can be made for this under certain circumstances.
