Our villa in Alella is the ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable experience and a time of rest that perfectly combines luxury, comfort and impressive views. Located in the charming town of Alella, about 30 minutes from Barcelona, the house stands out for its stunning views of the sea and green forests, providing a truly relaxing environment.

With a completely open architecture, the house allows you to enjoy the landscape and natural light in every corner. The large porch with its own kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with all comforts and direct access to the private pool, allows you to spend most of the time outside and enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing moments under the Mediterranean sun. Among the many other details, designed to offer extra comfort, the pool has a Jacuzzi function to bathe with bubbles.

The house consists of 4 double rooms, which makes it perfect for groups of friends or families looking for a place to share special moments together. One of the bathrooms is en-suite, providing guests with comfort and privacy. There is a second full bathroom and an additional toilet for added convenience.

With different levels, each room in the house offers views of the sea, which will allow you to enjoy the beautiful coastal landscape at all times. The open kitchen with an island is perfect for those who enjoy cooking while sharing with their loved ones and connecting directly with the spacious living room. The property has high quality finishes and appliances for maximum comfort.

If you need to work during your stay, the house also has a work area where you can stay productive while enjoying the views and the relaxing atmosphere.

-No parties or noise that may be disturbing are allowedPlease, be respectful of the environment and respect the rest of the neighbors.The loss, damage or incorrect use of the house keys will have a minimum replacement/management cost of €40.-Please note that for check-ins before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m., we ask for an additional charge of €30, from 22:00 to 24:00 of €50, which is paid directly to our key holders.Thank you very much for your collaboration and understanding.-According to decree 60/2017 of 13/2017 on the tax regulation of stays in tourist establishments, the following must be charged:€1 per person and night (for a maximum of 7 nights)For stays in tourist apartments or houses in the surroundings of Catalonia. This tax must be charged to all persons over the age of 16 upon arrival.
