A new and very tastefully furnished house!!
Relaxing holiday in a new and very well-equipped holiday home!! You can enjoy the day on the terrace overlooking the lake and even go for a swim.
The living room with its lake view is wonderful, as is the view of the cozy electric fireplace.
The house is very comfortable and stylishly furnished.
All bedrooms have televisions.
The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room.
Even guests with limited mobility will feel very comfortable in this spacious, entirely ground-floor house. The terrace overlooking the lake is covered, which certainly extends and enhances your evenings spent outdoors... The ground-floor house features: a very spacious living room with a large dining table an open-plan kitchen 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 2 bathrooms, each with a barrier-free rain shower 1 baby cot and a high chair are available for rent Another spacious swimming lake is located within walking distance in the neighborhood; it also has a shallow area for non-swimmers and can be used free of charge.
An even larger swimming lake is just under 2 km away.
And a particularly great swimming lake with a water ski facility is located only about 8 km away. A small restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a mini-golf course is within walking distance. A small, heated indoor swimming pool (approx. 9 x 4 m) and a Finnish sauna can also be rented in the holiday park.
These can also be booked on-site.
The house itself does not have a pool. Another spacious swimming lake is located about 2 minutes' walk away in the neighborhood; it also has a shallow area for non-swimmers and can be used free of charge.

There is no pool in the holiday home itself. The nearest supermarkets are located about 2 + 3 km away, each with a bakery, in the town of Walchum.
The next larger towns with large supermarkets are about 10 km away in Dörpen, Haren, and Lathen. There are VERY many excursion possibilities in the surrounding area.
And the coast is only a little over an hour's drive away.
The picturesque towns of Papenburg are only about a 30-minute drive away, and Leer is about 40 minutes away. Upon arrival, the beds are made, and a large and a small towel are provided for each booked guest.
The linen package also includes 2 dish towels.
Every holiday booking is always obligatorily associated with a linen package. Group meetings and party events are NOT permitted here! The booking of up to 2 dogs is possible for this holiday home.
You can book them during the booking process, otherwise, they are payable later. Mega fun in the indoor pool of the holiday home settlement! A small indoor swimming pool is located within walking distance of the holiday home and can be used exclusively.
The pool size is approx. 4 x 9 m, and the water depth is approx. 1.40 m.
The water temperature is usually around 28 degrees Celsius.
There are 2 showers, loungers, and 2 toilets available.
Furthermore, a Finnish sauna can also be booked additionally.
This can be easily and affordably booked and paid for on-site. ---------------------------------------- General electricity consumption is included in the rental price.
However, if you drive an electric car and wish to charge it at the holiday property, this is generally not permitted.
Under certain circumstances, a separate agreement may be made for this.
