In Bernières-sur-Mer, 400 meters from the beach, we offer this 86 m² fisherman's cottage with exposed stonework on three levels, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises an attractive 28 m² living room (with fireplace), open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi included, we're waiting for you ! The apartment is composed as follows First floor - 28 m² living room with sofa, TV and fireplace - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate WC - A storeroom 1st floor - Bedrooms 1 and 2 : double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower, WC 2nd floor : - Bedroom 3 (dormitory) : four single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior : - A 6m² covered terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is located in the street opposite the Maison des Canadiens (first French house liberated by the sea during the D-Day landings), ideally situated in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
All shops within walking distance (supermarket, bar tabac, bakery, doctor).
Typical neighborhood of old houses.
Activities : You'll have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities: walks or bike rides along the coast, strolls along the marina, tennis, equestrian club, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, circular cinema Arromanches 360, Casino, visit to the Juno Beach museum at Courseulles-sur-Mer...
We recommend visiting the beautiful market in the center of Courseulles-sur-Mer on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free public parking lots on the street or in the village. (No parking in the alley or in the courtyard in front of the house).
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful : Several bus routes : - Line 3 : Caen Vaugueux - Route 103 : Douvres La Délivrande - Line 145 : St Aubin Papin Par 48ème Commando Other remarks : - The house is on 3 levels and therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility. - The top floor is not suitable for young children (slightly steep staircase leading directly to the bedroom). - Free Wifi available - The fireplace is functional - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner).

La Rochambelle Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Cette dernière était propre et bien équipée. Dommage pour le stationnement, difficile de trouver des places de parking à proximité (surtout avec 2 voitures). De plus, au vu du prix du logement, le linge de maison est en supplément …

It was a nicely decorated and the court yard was nice to sit in the evenings mostly.
That we had the front of the house was the neighbours back garden, as they had kids that stayed up kicking a football at the house and the stones hitting the windows, so we had to keep the shutters shut to help protect them
