Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this beautiful 3-star flat in Marseillan measures 35 m² and which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift) and air-conditioned, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a beautiful bedroom.
The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190),
- A bathroom with shower and WC
Outside :
- A 15.63 m² terrace (loggia) with furniture (garden furniture, table and bench and parasol) to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Marseillan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- All water sports on the Etang de Thau plus sea Marseillan beach.
- Children's playground and skate park nearby, accessible all year round.
- Merry-go-rounds and water park in summer
- Visits to wine cellars, museums, oyster beds, gardens, etc.
- Numerous cycle paths.
- Visit the Canal des Deux Mers with its locks.
- Discover the area on a little train!
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's communal car park with numbered spaces for all types of vehicle.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you :
- Nearest train station : Marseillan, 11 minutes away by car
- Nearest airport : Béziers, about 30 minutes by car; Montpellier, about 1 hour by car.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.

Le Corinthe Wir waren total zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für zwei Personen perfekt. Die Kommunikation lief erstklassig. Es gab nur ein Problem für uns: kein Wifi. Das Haus ist ein Neubau mit viel Beton, so dass wir in der Wohnung leider keinen guten Mobilfunk Empfang hatten. Trotzdem würden wir natürlich wiederkommen.
