If you are looking for a dream holiday where comfort and convenience are part of everyday life, this is your accommodation.
Situated just a few steps from Meloneras Beach in a very quiet residential complex, it has quality materials and finishes and an unbeatable layout. It has a large terrace and balcony, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a communal swimming pool.
It is distributed as follows:
- On the main floor there is the entrance, the living room-kitchen and the terrace with two sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, even with an appliance to filter the water to make it drinkable. In addition, the living room has Smart Tv with international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...), all the sport in Europe such as the Spanish League, Premier League...
- On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with double bed and private balcony and a bathroom with shower.
- On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and another living room.
Free high speed wifi and air conditioning.
Daily delivery of bread and croissants for breakfast and weekly delivery of bottled water (extra services to be paid for by outside staff).
In addition, the complex has a large communal swimming pool, as well as a children's pool.
Cot and highchair are available. Please let us know when booking. Cot and highchair will be provided only on request.
From the house you can walk to the Faro de Maspalomas via the wonderful promenade of Meloneras, where you will find the best restaurants in the south of Gran Canaria. There is a supermarket just a few minutes away.
Free parking is always available in front of the complex.
