L'emplacement du logement et son calme. La vue sur la mer et les montagnes. L'équipement : machine à laver et cafetière.
La faible hauteur sous plafond dans 80% du logement. L'inconfort des lits. La baignoire n'est pas pratique à utiliser et peut basculer.
