**About the Host** Welcome to our charming holiday homes in Frankenheim Rhön! Our houses (built in 2022) are located on the outskirts of Frankenheim.

The municipality is situated in the Hohe Rhön, in the border triangle of Hesse, Thuringia, and Bavaria, within the Rhön Biosphere Reserve.

With an altitude of 750–780 m above sea level, it is the highest village in the Rhön.

Above the village lies the Ellenbogen (Rhön) viewpoint mountain.

Our region is a paradise for nature lovers and active holidaymakers.

Enjoy extensive hikes, walks, or bike tours through the surrounding meadows and forests, and discover the diverse flora and fauna.

In winter, you can ski or cross-country ski on the nearby slopes and trails.

In the surrounding area, you will also find a variety of cultural attractions.

Visit historic towns such as Fulda, Meiningen, Bad Königshofen, or Bad Neustadt, explore castles and palaces, or immerse yourself in regional traditions and customs.

Here is a description of the amenities: Size: The Tiny House (ground floor 35m², gallery 15m²) is intentionally kept small to enable minimalist and sustainable living.

It offers enough space for a small group or a romantic getaway for two.

Living area: The main living room is the heart of the holiday home.

It is a multifunctional space that can serve as a living room, dining room, and workspace.

Here you will find a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and storage space for your personal belongings.

Sleeping area: The Tiny House has a cozy bedroom in the gallery.

It is equipped with a comfortable double bed.

The design has been optimized to make the best use of the available space while still creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Kitchen: Although small, the kitchenette is equipped with the basic amenities you need to prepare your favorite meals.

Here you will find a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a ceramic hob, a stove, and some kitchen utensils.

Bathroom: The bathroom is compact but functional and includes a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, a toilet, and a sink.

It has been designed to meet your needs while saving space.

Terrace: Enjoy the nature around you on a small terrace.

Here you can get fresh air, barbecue, relax, read, or simply enjoy the view.

Sustainability: Our Tiny House is designed to be environmentally friendly and conserve resources.

It features energy-efficient appliances to minimize its ecological footprint.

Free Wi-Fi is available for our guests.

An extra bed is also possible.

Please note that all houses are non-smoking apartments. **Conditions/Extras** Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-out is possible from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Other arrival and departure times are possible upon agreement.

Key handover is done via a key safe.

Pets are allowed on request for a fee of EUR 15.00 per day.

A baby cot can be provided on request (free of charge).
